Fairmont The Norfolk Hotel Nairobi

Enchanting, fairly clean place, everything was superb, including staff and location. I was there for 2 nights and ate at casual restaurant with great food for dinner and breakfast and an attentive staff. Also, I appreciated how unbeatable the location was.

Staff were professional, room was tidy and air conditioned with boiling hot water coming from "cold " taps.

Food was outstanding and I have nothing but excellent memories from this trip. Solid and fairly clean place with a friendly reception. The most important was the staff - supper friendly and accommodating people.

Facilities were clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We 100 % recommend this accommodation, thank you for a great stay.

Fairly clean hotel, services were impeccable and location was gorgeous far away from the airport. The staff were courteous, provided us with an immaculate room with a garden view...

Fairly clean, EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING hotel with perfect location near city center.

I stayed here for 1 night and liked my choice. The hotel was located just off the University and Nairobi and Kenya's.

Location is charming and I liked top-notch rooms and friendly efficient staff. A stunning beach, special view. Colonial style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms.

We liked our time here. Awesome location, great value for money, responsive staff, incredible breakfast. Only 15 min walk to downtown. With painless check-in and smooth check-out, this hotel was very fancy.

It was superb place to stay. Extremely pleasant and air conditioned room, well assorted breakfast and very well-trained staff. Besides, the area was very nice, next to kenya national theatre.

Loved this place, it was fairly clean and had fab staff and location. We got room with Colonial decor and a reasonably large bathroom to relax. Green garden and heated pool area.

Wonderful place with quite good views of the courtyard. The atmosphere created here was very relaxed. Found in the very very nice area.

It was worth its 5 stars. The bar staff makes you feel at home. Room was fantastic value for money. The lounge bar is small.

The breakfast was fine and presented in the bar. Set within just 1 mile, nairobi national museum is easy to reach:)))
